Principals of Georgian-American High and Primary Schools, Mr. Mamuka Meskhishvili and Ms. Irma Meskhishvili, visited the US Ambassador to Georgia, Mr. Richard Norland.
This year, for the first time in Georgia, an English language spelling contest was organized by the Peace Corps and several Georgian organizations. Including Georgian-American high schools and primary schools. Mr. Ambassador and his wife, Mrs. Mary Hartent, warmly welcomed the guests and awarded certificates to the winning students. It was noted that the competition will become traditional and will take on a wider scale.
It is planned that the next competition Tbilisi tour will be hosted by Georgian-American High School.
