We congratulate Georgian-American high school student Luka Gobejishvili for winning the FLEX cultural exchange program of the US State Department's Bureau of Education and Cultural Affairs.
As a result, Luka will study for free at an American school for one academic year, live in a host family and receive a monthly stipend.
The selected participants are funded by the US State Department.
